DYK I am shopping online for my sister's Christmas gift.

DYK she wants some pieces of her new every day china, and (I hope I don't offend anyone here)...I think it's the ugliest pattern ever.

DYK her husband is an outdoorsman and very into hunting.

DYK we're thinking too hard about the dog name.

DYK three of us like "Louie". A favorite kids' book was always Chewy Louie, about a black dog. But, Abby's not on board with it.

DYK the other option is Kozmo, after Kozmo Kramer on Seinfeld. Steve and I really like Seinfeld, and this dog's character reminds us of him.

Jennie,

DYK I haven't mentioned Abi's book because I'm speechless.

DYK it sounds wonderful!

DYK and I can't wait to her all about Dek's book.:smileyhappy:

DYK I am such a klutz.

DYK this morning, I walked the dog as soon as I got up.

DYK I knew there was frost on the grass; apparently, there was a thin layer of ice on the deck steps.

DYK on the middle step, I slipped.

dyk I agree that the Spode Woodland isn't the greatest looking china but I do have the platter and use it for my Thanksgiving turkey. I would never us it as everyday china

dyk Ouch Joy. I took a fall like that in the spring on a rainy day when I was running out to the garden. The pavers were slick and I went "boom". My arm hit the cedar bench and still has a slight scar and my butt was sore for weeks.
dyk hope you aren't sore for too long
