dyk I downloaded mozilla firefox dyk and I'm logged in for the first time in TWO MONTHS

dyk Sean has shin splints dyk less than 2 weeks before the race dyk I am fine and training super well dyk did 8.5 on Tuesday in 2:20 no soreness, no problems, not even breathing hard, but it was HOT -- 78 by the time we were done at 11:45am dyk a quick 3 with my mom this morning -- joined her for the second half of her 6 miles

dyk BTW for 4 weeks now we have been back in serious training dyk about 18 miles on average per week dyk I've not lost a pound dyk NOT ONE

dyk we took Deklan off the celexa b/c it created mania in him and exacerbated his mood cycling dyk and so we switched him to lexapro but I am just not seeing the anxiety benefits that we did with the celexa dyk boo hiss for REEL

dyk our mall got a JUSTICE 4 GIRLS this past week dyk Abi doesn't even know yet dyk she's going to be STOKED dyk and I am too -- EVERY ARTICLE OF CLOTHING SHE OWNS -- right down to her socks, panties and bras (yes, she has bras, whatever HAHA) is from that store. dyk tagless, soft, long and fitted without being trashy for tweens

dyk we shopped at SAMS again for month #2 --- and spent #200 more than I had anticipated and more than we did last month! Sean was with me.... and we bought meat.... and we went ALL IN and shopped realistically for the WHOLE MONTH and we SHOULD save even more this month having done that than the $313 we did last month!!!

dyk and dinners have been fantastic --- this is tonights:

salmon with a ginger and brown sugar butter glaze it flakes and melts in your mouth WOW
