Dyk I wish that's what it was! But these women buy special diapers so their husbands don't have to work too hard.

dyk I suspect that some women also buy the "dad diapers" to encourage their husbands to help, when they would otherwise claim it is women's work
dyk and any guy who ever tries to tell me that something is women's work would likely find himself needing diapers for a while, so if we have kids, I would not be the audience for this product.

dyk, according to my Lose It! app, I'm at -56 calories today

dyk, I clearly didn't plan today's food choices well

dyk, I had planned on Panera before class tonight, but I left work to late for that.

dyk, I've eaten 1253 calories today..,seems reasonable since I haven't eaten dinner yet. Problem is, I did a double workout and burned an estimated 1309 calories

dyk, I fear that 1309 is actually low...it only includes 551 for kettlebells...I've heard that an hour can burn anywhere from 400-800+.

dyk, I worked hard tonight.

dyk, I have a 10k on Monday so I was planning to cut back on my runs this week - not stop them, just cut back on speed/distance a little

dyk, didn't happen. Today I killed it again with 6.2 miles in 57:22, but I went a total of 6.41 miles in 60 minutes...if I ran the last .30 of a mile I KNOW I
Would have finished in under 60 minutes

dyk, next week.

dyk, I have an actual bruise from kettlebells

dyk, my left arm isn't as strong and the bell kept fllopping during snatches last night

dyk, my right arm has 2 sort of bruises
