dyk, I wasn't very chatty yesterday

dyk, pimfa being back on my account and p!ssing 3 people off in less than 2 1/2 hours really put a damper in my mood

dyk, my co-worker wasn't even in the office and he was the angriest of the 3 of us

-Corporate Run, 3.5 miles 6/2/11 (36:38, 4 days after running the half!)

dyk, I think my Lose It! app is confused

dyk, my daily calorie allowance keeps dropping

dyk, my allowance went down 11 calories after I out in today's (lower) weight

dyk, actually that might be by design...it forces me to workout, working out gives me a higher allowance.

dyk, even after a week, I'm at the lowest I've been at in a long time

dyk, less than 3.5 pounds from my lowest, which was so long ago

dyk, turns out I'm a champ at maintaince, but I would have preferred to learn that little fact after getting closer to my goal

dyk, I should know that I need to count calories to lose weight

dyk, last time I was this low, I was counting and as soon as I stopped I gained 5+ pounds and then started gaining and losing the same 5-8 pounds

dyk, my bruises have pretty much disappeared :-(

dyk, they are little badges of honor

dyk, but my right wrist is still a little swollen

dyk, it doesn't hurt, but you can definately tell that hit it with a kettlebell

dyk, I just hope I'm not losing muscle

dyk, I don't think I am, but I dropped a lot this week - although that could have been due to the spike I had this weekend

dyk, I went up over 5 pounds in 2 days and I'm down over 8 pounds since Monday morning

dyk, I'm going with it all being related to last weekend's high gain!

dyk, I realize that I *could* make that sandwich myself, but food tastes so much better when cooked by someone else
