Helen Hunt Jackson- September Poem
The goldenrod is yellow,
The corn is turning brown,
The trees in apple orchards
With fruit are bending down;
The gentian’s bluest fringes
Are curling in the sun;
In dusty pods the milkweed
Its hidden silk has spun;
The sedges flaunt their harvest
In every meadow nook,
And asters by the brookside
Make asters in the brook;
From dewy lanes at morning
The grapes’ sweet odors rise;
At noon the roads all flutter
With yellow butterflies–
By all these lovely tokens
September days are here,
With summer’s best of weather
And autumn’s best of cheer.

dyk these past 2 weeks it has been in the 70s and 80s every day -- this is the warmest weather we have had in a year.

Dyk we're are going to get a new car before we have another kid.
Dyk we have a Prius. It's fine for us, but we'll want something a little bigger. Plus, the Prius will be paid off in like a year or year and a half.
dyk it has never limited him in any way
dyk he is very active (walks, skis, sails, jumps out of planes, etc) and he is a world traveller
dyk he is in his 60s and has never had a single problem caused by it
