Helen Hunt Jackson- September Poem
The goldenrod is yellow,
The corn is turning brown,
The trees in apple orchards
With fruit are bending down;
The gentian’s bluest fringes
Are curling in the sun;
In dusty pods the milkweed
Its hidden silk has spun;
The sedges flaunt their harvest
In every meadow nook,
And asters by the brookside
Make asters in the brook;
From dewy lanes at morning
The grapes’ sweet odors rise;
At noon the roads all flutter
With yellow butterflies–
By all these lovely tokens
September days are here,
With summer’s best of weather
And autumn’s best of cheer.

DYK it makes me smile
dyk it should be interesting with Ashton
dyk I thought they should have continued on without Charlie but not doing anything to his character -- just having him IN the show, IN the plot but we just NEVER see him -- hahaha
DYK yes all three colors are in the room now
DYK since I'm on Depo that requires some planning though
DYK if I stop taking it now it could be anywhere from 6-18 months before I get my period again...
dyk this is what Ellie and I did this morning after eating our breakfast --
dyk she discovered she can put the tracks together and raun the rains to make all the sounds and lights activate on the action pieces (like this bridge)
dyk I have an IUD -- LOVE IT
dyk I had it out in January before Ellie and was pregnant in June... then again in July with Ellie
dyk it took 54 days after having it out at the end of January to have my first period
