MWFSu- weights, (pm), 1 mile jog and cardio workout in the am.

TThSa- Bollywood/Belly Dancing Cardio workout (am) that is lots of fun. Good for the mid-section :) And in the evening a workout sometimes involving sculpting and squats, lunges, etc...
I know I should take a break at some point, but I at least pay attention to my body and might skip here and there to refresh :) So far I've lost 12lbs in 4 weeks :)
