The WW plan is for life. So we all have to be practical.
If there is deprivation, I know myself. I will fail. I,
like most other people, like treats.

I found a cake which is so delicious, but fairly low in
points. The key thing is to not over indulge, which is
the main problem. However, I thought I would tell you
about it.

The portion size is quite large 1/3 of the cake( the entire cake is 5 inches by 6 inches,--one portion is therefore 5 inches by 2 inches)= 4 points,so what I do is eat half
which comes to 2 points.

One portion size:
Calories: 160

Several problems:

l. The cake is hard to find. I order it online.
2. The cake is really delicious, so sometimes I worry that I will get out of control.
I have to watch that.
(If you are the type of person that can't stop, then don't
even think of getting it. )

For those who don't already know, FIBER ONE makes a really
wonderful Brownie which is only 2 points. Many supermarkets carry it.

Thanks for sharing, Theresa.  I've often wondered about the Brownie bars too.  I'm the same way- I have to have a treat from time to time or I just know I won't stick to it.  It is all about moderation!
