Do any of you track your daily food and exercise? Does it help? Do you use some kind of tracking tool or phone app? What would you recommend?

I use the WW etools.  I track my daily food but always forget to track my exercise.  I know I should, but I try not to *eat* the points I earn through exercise, so I often forget to mark those down.  The eTools are really great!  I know some people swear by the old paper and pen method, but I find this works best for me.  I like that it only takes me a minute or two to track what I've eaten and I like that I can look back and see what worked/didn't work in the past.

I have E-tools.  This works out well for me because it allows me to track on my computer at home and when I am on the go I can track on my Ipod Touch.  I go through some periods where I don't track food and exercise but most of the time I do.

I track everyday food and exercise and all of my points I earn from my exercising.. Yes it does help, it is like a motivation for me... I use to use eTools but now that I am at lifetime I don't have it.. Its ok I have made goal and for that I weigh in weekly as I did when I took the weight off .. BUT I do recommend tracking ...
