First weigh in after Thanksgiving...

I have my first post-Thanksgiving weigh in tomorrow morning and I don't think it will be pretty. I did well on the actual day of Thanksgiving, but I seem to have lost my motivation since. 

How are you doing this holiday season?  Are losing, gaining, or maintaining so far?

I am very happy with my results so far. No loss but no gain and that is good news to me.

Does anyone exercise? I know I need to but I can't get motivated to do anything on a regular basis.

I am a WW and I walk daily I started out 10 mins 3 x a day and now I walk 1 hr daily with poles.. In the summer I use to walk 4 hrs a day to get some weight off... I do understand about not feeling like doing it... I push myself to do it.. * I feel so much better when I walk than if I don't do it... * I did gain .6 after my holiday.. Just wish I didn't but did.. I am 5lbs from goal and its not coming off as I would like. Good luck Sounds like you are doing good...

Yay for good results so far!  I'm struggling with exercise as well. Honestly, I just need to add it to my schedule and just DO it!  I always say I'll do it at the end of the day, but really, who a I joking? I'm always so exhausted by then.  I need to do it first thing each morning.  I'll be happy it is done and it always makes me feel good!
