Hitting a plateau

I'm there it seems.  I've lost very little in the last few months.  It seems like I lose a pound one week only to gain it back the next.  Anyone else dealing with the same thing?  What did you do to shake things up a bit?

I am dealing with the same thing and someone told me to add some weight lifting to my exercise routines to help burn more calories. I haven't tried it yet but I think I might.

What are you doing to shake things up?

I changed my meals around.. I tried to eat differently for me to get to goal I had to cut back on my exercise plus drink plain water I also had plain yogurt with flax for breakfast spinach salad for both meals with edamane for lunch and salmon for supper I also had artichoke for lunch and avocado for supper olive oil and vinegar I had a green apple daily I push this 2 days then I dropped the plateau I was on.. It took me a year to lose my last 5 lbs and I was not very happy.. I would suggest to be caution with weights due to you could build muscle and that also weighs on the scale.. I love weight watchers and I push lemon water and mix my foods up.. change things around.. Good Luck
