Summer Goals

Anyone making any specific goals for the summer- be it weight loss goals or exercise goals? Maybe a goal to drink more water, move more, snack less, etc?  What goals are you making for yourself this summer?

I have a life goal of losing 100+ lbs and I have quite a long way to go. My goal for the summer is just to at least continue a few of the better habits I've worked on all summer like less soda, walking a few minutes each day and chosing healthier foods to eat.

Those are great goals to have!  I've found that focusing on creating a few new habits at a time really helps them "stick" long term.  I hope you are able to reach your goals!

My friend and I are "training" for a 5K.  We are signed up to do the Color Run in August so we are following their beginners running plan.  Day one started yesterday and man am I sore today.  Could be interesting but I'm hoping we can finish the plan- that's my summer goal!

I would like to lose 30lbs. but i'm having a hard time getting into exersizing!

Do I ever know what you mean! I too am having trouble getting myself into a regular routine but I am trying to do some walking each evening and that seems to help. My husband is trying to get into a routine too so we kind of prod each other to keep it up.

My goal this summer is to maintain my goal I plan on walking more in the fields like i do.. I love summer and the warm weather compared to the cold snowy months.. * I dread.. *

I'm in the southern hemisphere so it's winter goals. I'd like to track daily for the next month. I really should add exercising to the mix, but it seems a bit too hard at the moment.
