Do you track everything you eat, every day?  How many days a week do you track?

I don't track anything but was thinking about trying it for a while. I just don't want to make it feel like a chore to diet and eat healthy. I am trying to make some lifestyle changes so things like this may start to feel more natural and I don't have to think about it so much. Does that make sense?

I track daily and I write in my tracker everything: my mood or feelings, food, exercise, steps, miles activity points and cheats if I have them. I do this daily.. This helps me keep on track.. its a Routine for me... I even space things..

I fell off the tracking wagon for a while, and looking back, it really shows.  I thought I was on a plateau but really I just wasn't sticking to the plan as well as I could have been.  I tracked every little thing this last week and it showed with a loss at the scale.  As much as I loved the online tracker, I'm thinking the paper tracker works better for me!

I track everything!  I use an app on my iphone and it has a scanner on it so I don't have to do much work.  At first, it seemed like a chore, but after a while, it has become part of my routine.  If I don't track, I feel like a slacker!  :) I still eat what I want, but watch my portions and have lost 10 pounds!  I am a fan of that!
