Good Wednesday Morning/ Afternoon!
Yes, I just canceled my online WW membership. The diet was making me feel too weak to exercise and fixing seperate meals; one for me, one for hubby proved to be too much.
Anyway, hello! My name is Debra, otherwise known as 'RedHatterDeb'. Would love to find a place that supports overall health and fitness through good and bad days. We all have them, right? I have used gyms in past and I may again in future but for now am using home videos: Scott Cole 'Tai Chi For Fitness', and Kathy Smith's 'Kettlebell Solution' are my 'go-to' ones but also have a couple of oldie but goodie VHS Step Wokouts: Kathy Smith 'Great Buns And Thighs' and Cher Fitness 'A New Attitude' - does anyone remember those? I just had a birthday - I'm 54 but my cousin tells me that mentally I'm 32 so I guess you could say that I'm a spirited person who is young at heart. I've been married 22 years (this July) to my best friend. 2 kitties, nieces, nephews, no kids but with so many babies through adults in my family I get the idea of what it's like to be a parent and think one day is not enough for 'Mother's Day'. Am I right? Anyway, if it's okay, I'd love to join this group, get to know some new friends and find out what's going on in the world of health and fitness.
