Yes, I just canceled my online WW membership.  The diet was making me feel too weak to exercise and fixing seperate meals; one for me, one for hubby proved to be too much. Tongue Out

Anyway, hello!  My name is Debra, otherwise known as 'RedHatterDeb'.  Would love to find a place that supports overall health and fitness through good and bad days.  We all have them, right? I have used gyms in past and I may again in future but for now am using home videos: Scott Cole 'Tai Chi For Fitness',  and Kathy Smith's 'Kettlebell Solution' are my 'go-to' ones but also have a couple of oldie but goodie VHS Step Wokouts: Kathy Smith 'Great Buns And Thighs' and Cher Fitness 'A New Attitude' - does anyone remember those?  I just had a birthday - I'm 54 but my cousin tells me that mentally I'm 32 so I guess you could say that I'm a spirited person who is young at heart. Wink I've been married 22 years (this July) to my best friend. 2 kitties, nieces, nephews, no kids but with so many babies through adults in my family I get the idea of what it's like to be a parent and think one day is not enough for 'Mother's Day'.  Am I right?  Anyway, if it's okay, I'd love to join this group, get to know some new friends and find out what's going on in the world of health and fitness.

Hi Deb and welcome to the board. You are definitely in the right spot! We are quite a diverse group and do many different workouts. If you'll scroll down the board you'll see our Journal folder where we post daily about our workouts and lives. Please feel free to jump right on in and start telling us about yourself.
