It's Wednesday!

LOL, I was thinking of clever titles for a Tuesday journal and then realized it's already Wednesday and I couldnt' be bothered to think of something else.  I've got so many odd aches and pains that I had trouble sleepling last night.  It's funny that they barely bother me during the day but in the middle of the night, it almost feels like excruciating pain.  I'm missing parkour today because I have a client so I'm going to zumba instead.  It's an odd substitution but I've barely been to zumba.  I need something low key and easy for my body.

Jean, glad you are having so much fun with your classes.

Karla, let us know how the foot deodorant trick works out.

Happy, your retirement sounds wonderful!

I never did hear from the doctor yesterday but got them to fax the bloodwork to the endocrinologist.  Fingers crossed that it all went smoothly.  We found out last night that OP's offer on his rental home was not accepted and the owner is positively delusional about what the home is worth.  It's frustrating because it means we have some decisions to make and I know he's not keen to move again.

Needless to say, I'm a ball of stress.  I was considering asking DH to come with me for moral support today but I decided to go myself.  I'm going to do something self-care oriented after my appointment.  Shopping or a pedicure or something...  Worked a bit this morning but am probably taking the rest of the day off work-wise.

lol Jean, I woke up this morning and couldn't figure out what day it was. I was confused and couldn't figure out if I needed to go to the pawn shop or not.

Gym, I hope you get good news and some sort of plan to make you feel better.

I had to run at the gym this morning because it's been off and on raining here since yesterday. We are expecting some high winds later but nothing really bad at this point.

I also went and got several inches cut off my hair. I had gotten to the point where I was always wearing it up because it doesn't look good down so I decided I needed to get it cut. It's right at my shoulders which I think is a good length for me.

I'm looking for a white head band for the Color Run this weekend and can't find one. I've got my white t-shirt ready. I can't wait for this event!

GR, self care souds great after all that frustation. Mani/pedi, massage, margarita... Why isn't there a place that does all that?  Hmmmm.  Anything news yet?  Maybe because I move so often, I find it kind of exciting.

Karla, pawn shop? It sounds so TLC tv show!  Finding headbands are a pain. I remember looking for one when my daughter did a Flashdance number and I couldn't find one.  Why are they everywhere, except when we need them?

I considered getting a pedi but I'm getting a massage tomorrow and that's better.  Cool

No real news yet.  He is doing yet another panel of bloodwork and they did a thyroid ultrasound (it was normal).  So, it's MORE hurry up and wait.  Yay.

GR, you'd think that even A werewolf would be tired of taking your blood...my nephew, who I find constantly entertaining reported last week 'you sjphould always give 100 percent, except when giving blood'. Keep that in mind! Jrean, I looked at your gym website, thanks for the link...right hear the end of 'America's Got Talent' last night there was a woman who did silks with animation in the background....it was very different and interesting. Karla, can you check online for a headband? I never buy them but if you find some, maybe you could sell them at the race! I am finally making zuchini lasagna with zuchini! It was on sale at the grocery store I like, but there was none on display...I tracked down the produce guy and he found me some! It takes so little to make me happy. I went to Foam rolling tonight, ran two very slw miles, then did floor abs and leg stretching.

Happy, I know!  My poor right arm...  I forgot to mention that the endo mentioned perimenopause as a possibility too.  I looked up the symptoms and it's a pretty good fit.  If all the thyroid stuff comes back negative, I'll be hitting the GYN next.

Love that about giving blood.  It made me laugh. I saw the silks show on America's Got Talent. It was a clever idea but the silks tricks were beginner. She could have done the same thing in a harness.  I wonder where else she can go with it.
