I got in close to midnight from skiing all day and am wiped out.  It's been a great season but exhausting!  I have a couple of midday clients, am teaching a dance fitness class but recovering for the most part.  How are you all doing?  I have to start planning my workouts once ski season ends because as much as I don't want it to, spring is almost here.

Quick post, busy week, work with my manager today.  Did early morning yoga yesterday...hadn't worked out in a week, and I am SORE today!  How could I lose so much in just one week?!  Hormones adjusted, doc lectured me, start new regimine tomorrow.  Too much work, no empowerment...they aren't giving me credit for my second largest volume customer...a higher-up-exec said, "if she doesn't like it, she should work somewhere else."  Really?!  wtf.  That just may happen.  I have to have patience, give this new company a chance, but I don't like this first strike.  :(  Travel to see mom this weekend.  Have a great day!

Did they move the location of the board?  My bookmarked link doesn't seem to be working.

FSN, What a bummer about work.  I'm so sorry.  It sounds like such a frustrating place.

No workout for me today.  I've got an appointment with the new ENT this morning and then we're throwing DH a little surprise party at OP's house.  His birthday is Saturday but that is the day of our wedding dress pub crawl so I wanted to do something special and a little more intimate for him.

Jean-glad to have you back. Do you have any more ski outtings planned?

Fresh-your workplace sounds like the source of much frustration.

Gym-i hope the new ENT can help.

My sister got me the nicest GIFT for homeschooling her kids. I couldn't wait to get to the gym today to use it. It is very cold with snow and 30mph winds so I had to run on the treadmill today. No matter what I did, I could not get the sensor to turn on. Once I got home and actually read the instructions, I had it turned on in minutes. I guess the lesson here for me is to read the instructions first as it helps cut down frustration tremendously. lol

Karla, no one reads directions except as a last resort:). Jean, I can't wait until you put those Darin's skis away:). FSN, your job stories and my job stories make me despair for the world. The disconnect between what people say is important and how they act is unreal. Gymrat, your life seems like one big party sometimes! I am going to Florida in the morning...hoping that there isn't ice on the runway. I still need to pack...foam rolled, lifting for shoulders, bis, tris, abs. Should have swum,,,didn't.

FSN, I don't know how you put up w/ all that! It seems like your workplace is full of the most dysfunctional people!  What did your doctor lecture you about?

GR, LOL, you're doing a wedding dress pub crawl--celebrate your husband's birthday like it's your honeymoon!

Karla, I'd love to know how you like the fitbit. It seems motivational for those who need it but you don't seem to need it.

SJ, your life sounds like a lot of fun, too, always traveling. Have fun in Florida!
