No loss this week, in fact 1/4lb on. Not unexpected as unable to go to the gym as diary full of other appointments. Did yoga dvd but that was just two 40 minutes and I usually do 4 hours, with the spinning class really feeling that it has burned loads off. OTOH it could have been worse .... I did take healthy pack-up to day course so I would not be tempted by naughty choices on offer. Also did several hours heavy gardening and a massage. Fingers crossed for this week as DS & DDIL comming for a few days; we don't see them very often and it is so nice to sit and chat over a (big) glass of wine and a special family meal. Will be good before, enjoy the time with them, not be too silly in portion size, and then climb straight back on the waggon. Hope everyone else doing ok.
