What's your workout routine look like?

What do you do to work out? I'm trying to get into a new workout plan and am looking for some ideas of what everyone does.

I usually do 30 minutes on a bike (gym), 30 minutes with weights, 30 minutes walking. Those times work best for me because it's what I can fit in. On days I don't have as much free time, I'll do at least the 30 minutes walking, then fit in whatever I can.

I change my routine every few months and currently I am running 4-5 days a week. Before I started running so much, I did a combo of fitness classes and weight lifting at my gym. 

I'd recommend you try to get to at least one group class if you can because it is very motivating to be around other people trying to get fit and lose weight.

I usually work out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, with Wednesday and weekend as 'recovery'. I do 1x aerobic, 3x toning hour long classes. I have not done yoga for a couple of months since the teacher left and has not been replaced yet and I can tell the difference both mentally and physically. I find I don't get such a good weight loss if I am unable to get to spinning class. With my gym membership I get advice etc. from a personal trainer, who was very helpful when I started as a very unfit, overweight senior citizen and getting back to fitness after my car accident.

I run 4-5 days a week in the early morning (summer) and often do a HIIT Training DVD, like 'Insanity' in the evening. I'm also a personal trainer and sometimes do portions of my clients' workouts with them, to help motivate them to push themselves.

I'm a runner...it isn't just what I do; it's who I am!

I come to the gym mon-sat for 2 hours, 1st hour I do cardio on a running machine and bike, 30 mins I lift weights, do sit ups, press ups and a few exercises for legs with light weight and 30 mins for stretches
