*phew* FINALLY broke the plateau. Yay.  So now I'm just hoping that I keep going down and not back up. LOL I'm officially at exactly 30lbs from my mini-main goal. The goal that I'll live with. 40lbs from my all time goal (HS weight).

How's everyone else doing? What's been going on with exercise? Anyone start any new exercise plans?

I bought myself for Mother's Day bluetooth headphones. I LOVE THEM! Can't wait to use them at the gym!

Wow, you're doing excellent !! Congrats !!! I'm sure you'll be at your mini main goal pretty soon.

I'm not doing too good. Had a trip to California, ate a lot of junk, and then sprained my ankle..... so, I'm off the track for a while. I haven't weighed myself yet (well, don't have the courage to do so)! Hope this ankle will be better soon and I'll be back on track.

Erin, 17 pounds is quite a bit, depending upon how long you've been "in training". You keep up the good work! Ok?

ubergeek, an injured ankle shouldn't stop you cold. Try doing sit down upper work outs, plus stress breathing methods. Keep the fat burning going and your body in motion. So, when you do start up your program again, it won't be so difficult. Plus, after 3 days of no excercise, the body will divert back to prework out stage. That's maybe it's so difficult of getting back in the program. Also, do a little cutting on the fatty foods until then.

I'm not a professional, but I've worked in the food industry since I was 21, been around food ALOT. Health Care Center, restaurants, and retail food service. So? Let's say I like food a little, LOLOL

Blessings to both of you.

Thanks!

And oh no! I hope you're up and about soon. You're much better at exercise than I am though, so I know you'll get right back out there. Me? I'd use it as an excuse to stop exercising altogether! LOL

Hey girls!  Glad to hear you are both doing well.  Good job on the big loss, Erin!  Dior, I'm sorry to hear about your ankle, but you have come so far with exercise I know you will be back to it as soon as you can.  I am in a holding pattern with my weight.  I had started back to exercising, then I started having  heart palpitations, even during my warm up.  So I haven't been exercising for about 2 weeks, but I switched from coffee to decaf and now the palpitations have stopped, so I guess I was pumped up on too much caffeine.  Now that the weather has warmed up, I won't be wanting as much coffee, anyway.

Keep going girls!

Have a good holiday!
