This is what I aspire to and it's much more along the lines of what we do, rather than jumping from walls and all. Aspire is the key word because it's so hard to be soft! This is similar to the corbing in the beauty of movement in corbing. This is one of my parkour instructors, btw.  I could watch this forever. He was on American Ninja Warrior last year, made it to the finals but is the one who lost his shoe on the cargo net.

That is super cool and a lot more accessible than what I normally think of when I think "parkour."

Wow! Accident-prone-me kept on thinking of the sprains on my joints. I just stubbed my toe this morning! I am in awe of your park our abilities. I could feel my breathing increase as I watched that man!

What I love about it is that people have this impression of parkour being this crazy stuff and it can be but it's really cat-like movement when it's done right. There are too many people who have no idea what they're doing, though, and that's where injuries happen.  It is so do-able for anyone who has some level of fitness.  This is one of the young guys. It's impressive to watch. Catch him about 2:45 because it really shows his personality. He's so not egotistical.  The fun thing is watching at the gym full of these guys playing off each other.

That is absolutely awesome and I think I could get really get into that. I wish we had instructors like that around here.
