I know that many of you don't do exercise DVDs but iVillage Health has come out with a great list of best exercise DVDs. Check out this list and see if any of your favorites are on here: The Best Exercise DVDs

I personally have the Tai Chi and Leslie Sansone DVDs mentined and love them but I'd add Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred to the list. What would you add?

I love the exercises and how tough it looks! I have to say, though, that the "science" behind it that they're touting (about turning the workouts upside down, where instead of doing shorter intense intervals and longer lower cardio and doing long intense work, short cardio break) is sooo wrong.

Doesn't that look cool? I think it might kill me at this point! Lol

I'm not big on DVDs at home, other than to get ideas for class. If I were to get one, it would be insanity. I'd love that, if I had a place to do it.

I've only done the lower body dvd on p90x, but it was awesome - I was so sore afterwards.
