See, this is definitely an example of the grass is always greener. I've always envied women who were thin and lean, not bulky and muscular.

I wonder if the music was too fast in your kb class. That's one of my problems w/ a lot of kb classes.

The thing for me is that I look "attainable", not amazing so I tend to draw that crowd, more realistic.

Well, I'm well on my way to reaching the goal of your "saying."

How nice Jean! I think it is the best advertisement possible for trainers and wellness advocates to look the part. Do newbies at the gym seek you out a lot because it's obvious you know what you are doing? lol

I have long scrawny chicken legs. lol Actually most of me is long and scrawny. Too look at me you'd know I exercised but I'm not one that has much mass so you wouldn't ewww and awww over any of my muscle groups. I've always admired women who have great shapely muscles and I tried for years to get some real defined shape but my it never really happened for me.

I have been hard on my body the past year just out of sheer pride and now I am paying the price. I got caught up in the thrill of being able to do some things I never thought possible and I may have pushed myself to hard. After spending the past few weeks in pain and exhaustion I'm ready to get grounded in reality again.

How interesting about the massage. They recommended massage but it was extra from the "package".

At this time I am mostly working on various stretches (I am not a flexible person so this is a total new challenge for me) and was told to do my core workouts using the stability ball (ugg-not my favorite thing). I have some kind of attitude towards the ball I really need to get over. lol They also told me use lighter weights and stick more to circuit training.
