Breakdown your 150 minutes of "moderate" exercise a week

As fsn was talking about her husband's suggestion that she do more cardio, what do you all do these days? Approximately how many days do you work out, what do you do each time and for how long?
Mon: zumba or rest--60 mins
Tues: zumba or run (if I do zumba Monday, then I'll run Tuesday)--30-45 mins run or 60 min zumba
Wed: parkour and silks: 2 hours but there's a lot of down time
Thursday: teach step (60 mins) and zumba at night on occasion
Friday: parkour/silks (2 hours)
Sat: silks if I didn't do it Friday and parkour
Sun: 30-45 min run; parkour (2-3 hours, depends on how I feel)
So, looking at that, it seems like a lot but keep in mind there is A LOT of waiting around for silks and zumba. We all do a move, wait for others, etc. The only sweat dripping workout is running; and some intervals in parkour.
