What is a good amount of burpees to fit in for one workout session? I have been working on doing different variations and would like to know what everyone else is doing so i can try it.

Really? How does that one go? I would love to try it, as long as I'm not bound to hurt myself.

I usually do them as part of a circuit.  I might do 10 per set and then aim to do the whole circuit 10 times. Or, I'll do them as part of a tabata so it would be 20 secs of them, 10 sec break, alternate w/ another exercise and do 4 sets of each exercise.  I could use different types with each tabata.

I do have one intense burpee exercise that takes a good 15-20 minutes to get through. You put your hands down, jump your feet back and do a push up. Then staying in the plank position, walk your feet onto a high surface, do another push up, and then 10 spideman legs (bring knee to shoulder).  Walk feet down to other side of surface, do push up, jump feet in and jump up.  Repeat going back. Do it all 10 times. It's a killer.
