One I've been having my class do, which I like is an open book, side plank, only w/ variations.

Stand on one side of the mat, with one hand weight on the other end.

For something really challenging and easy on the wrists, try the hover/plank on the ball:

I had my class do that yesterday, only pick up one foot, bring that knee to the ball, repeat and then do the other side.

lol Jean-you and the ball-you're forcing me to use it you know. Hahaha-I'm going to give that one a try too. Anything that requires balancing on a ball is quite a challenge for me and not having to use my hands and wrists for things really helps me out.

I've taken a break from pushups the last 2 weeks because I have had to do some serious typing for a class and my hand and wrist has been in agony.

I love the banana move! I should really use that more often - it's a good one!

My two current faves are ones I do on the incline sit-up bench:

I also like using a medicine ball for planks - either putting it under your feet, or doing push-ups and rolling the medicine ball from hand to hand.

I love the incline but have never done it weighted.

That Rocky abs is way too hard. I'd never be able to do that w/out hurting my back.
