One I've been having my class do, which I like is an open book, side plank, only w/ variations.

Stand on one side of the mat, with one hand weight on the other end.

Yeah, slow it down and while out in the plank position, write letters w/ your arms.

Any creative ideas for lower back? I do the ho hum, back hyperextension, sometimes on the ball w/ a rotation; opp arm/leg that fsn posted; superman/banana boat; across ball raise and lower leg.
