As of late, I have been eating when I am hungry, and letting my body be my guide to food.

However, when I was doing more weights in my workout, I tried to make sure I had some protein within 90

Hi! I typically eat after interval training because I need to as I feel totally depleted. Usually it will be a protein bar or an apple with p-nut butter.

I heard that its good to drink milk after a work out (if you stomach can handle it) so i use to drink a small glass of skim milk and a slice of wheat toast with a tbsp of peanut butter (the serving size is 2 tbsp but i only like 1)

I don't necessarily eat after I workout but I try to drink a glass of low-fat chocolate milk.

I have lunch at 11am and workout after work at 3:30 / 4:00. So, I try to have a 100 calorie snack before and another right after I finish. It keeps me satisfied until dinner. Plus, I've read a lot of articles that support eating within 30 minutes of a workout, especially if you lift heavy (which I try to do every other day).
