Hi all, just wanted to say a quick HI! I am new here and looking for a little motivation and inspiration during my weight loss journey I am just (re)starting. A little about me. I am 35 yrs old, have been married 15 years to my wonderful husband and we have 5 kiddo together ages 6-14 Pre-babies I was a petite 110 lbs (I m only 5'2") Needless to say after having 5 babies in 10 years I had some accumulated baby fat I needed to loose. I have lost about 25 lbs in the past couple of years but am ready to kick this into high gear and finish off my weight loss and get into the best shape of my life. I have always been into and love cardio but am just starting to add lifting in and trying to eat as clan as possible which is totally new to me. I am glad to be here, good luck to everyone, looks like a great place!

Wow, Jen, with five kids, you sound super busy! That can be so challenging...there are so many activities going on, and losing 25 pounds is such an accomplishment. Cngratulations on that! Welcome to the board. There is a daily journal a couple topics down from this one...feel free to join us there, too, as keeping a daily journal of your fitness goals and meal plans, along with obstacles along the way can really help you understand and commiserate the path to your goals! Good luck, and keep us posted of your progress. Your journey can help lots of other people along the way. :D

Whew, I'll bet just running after your kids is a workout! Welcome to the board, btw. I think it's a great place to get motivated, stay on track and keep progressing.  Congrats on the weight loss. We post a daily journal below where we post what we're doing, eating, how we're working out, etc.  Join us!
