Hi ladies,

I've been trying to do some varied boot camp type of high intensity intervals and I've been using a lot of the same stuff week to week and I've been getting a little bored.

Thanks...

I do check back during the week, posting during the week is harder as there's work and a very energetic three year old in the house but I look forward to peoples' replies.

I totally forgot about the up and overs, I used to do them all the time.

7) Squat with a shoulder press (3lb-5lb Dumbbells) - 15 reps
8) Lateral Side Shuffles - 10 reps

Karla, I'm getting tired, just thinking of that workout, and you are making me realize that I have so much further to go as I muddle my way through recovery from injuries.

I hope your summer is treating you well!

lol I honestly don't think it's an easy workout even though it's labeled as a beginning interval routine. By the time I hit the third round I'm really having to talk myself through it.

The summer has been good to me. I've spent a lot of time at the gym because it was too hot to be outside and I have nowhere else to go. I have really put some time in with weights, etc. and I have trimmed up my waist and even when I'm slouching my pooch isn't nearly as noticeable. ROFL!
