Do any of you keep a collection of DVDs to do at home or do you just wing it when working out at home? (We've had so much ice and snow lately I've had to skip the gym a lot lately) Well, I wanted to try some new things so I bought a Tai Chi DVD and I got Jillian Michael's YOGA Meltdown. I'm really impressed with the Yoga DVD and found it quite interesting. I actually enjoyed the challenge of it.The Tai Chi was okay but not really what I was looking for. I found it more relaxing and just something to ease boredom.

Do any of you do Yoga? Have you done any other workouts or DVDs you found interesting?

I don't think so. It doesn't sound familiar. I'll have to ask my friend who has a huge collection of her DVDs. I usually borrow them from her.

I would love to teach a class like Cathe's--the choreography is easier so the power moves harder and it's a better and safe workout overall.

I don't remember but I think there was a series called iMax that was really good. Check her out on youtube first. She has a lot posted there.

I'm going to have to check her out. What titles do you have of hers that you recommend?

I do a couple of things...first I follow a rotation plan with my videos...switching out cardio and sculpting with just cardio...M, W, F...cardio can go on the days in between or yoga.

Welcome to gym rats! I've been away and have to catch up w/ all that's going on here. I've heard good things about wii fit, too.

Oh, and just in case if you were wondering, most of the gymrats board members "take the weekends off" on posting on the message boards, but a few of us still get on. :)
