I see people all the time out and think, "yay, you--go!"

I know the CAPS thing is going to bother you.

Yes, yes, yes to all those.

What drives me crazy with this cap thing is that it's inconsistent. Sometimes they just work, the next they don't, sometimes it shows up in small letters, sometimes nothing shows up. How is that possible???

I am inspired by how kind some of the people are at the gym - how they encourage other people, cheering them on, making positive comments.

That's nice! I love the gym community at my gym, too. People notice hair changes, weight loss, new clothes, and are very complimentary. And, even if you don't know their names, when people disappear, that's noticed. It might take a while but then I think, whatever happened to the woman who stands back there in KB?

I've seen people and feel like shouting out, "looking good!", "you're doing great!!!" or something along those lines, too but don't want to disturb them. I'm thinking it would throw me if I were running and someone did that. I HATE

I've thought about shouting out something positive to runners, too, but am afraid, too. I think it would throw me. It does when guys yell out the window. Sorry, not flattering. If I'm running by them, I might make a comment, though.

That's great that your clients inspire them (and that you inspire them to push hard when they're not up to it). My class is like that, too. Motivating.
