I am looking forward to starting Bob's 3 weeks to skinny as soon as school is out. I am going to have wrist surgery though and wonder what type of exercise besides walking I can try. Thanks for any help!

Hi DK, thanks for joining us. I had wrist surgery a few years back and I had to stick to things like squats, lunges, abdominal exercises and a lot of resistance workouts with bands.

Good luck and let us know how you are doing!

Hi DK,

The one thing that is great about my Jumpstart moves are that many of them utilize your largest muscle group, YOUR LEGS, so that means, any moves that don't put any stress on your wrist, lunges, squats etc... do those instead of any movements that require the use of your wrists.

Bob
