Legs/back/abs exercises w/ tube and stability ball

I'm not sure what the new "Summary" block is for but it's nice to be able to sign in only once!
This series hits the lats, hams, abs/core/balance. Nothing earth shattering but it works well together. Start lying supine (face up) on tability ball, tubes anchored over head. Like this, only I have narrower arms and pull towards chest.

After doing those, keep arms close t chest. Straighten and bend knees for ham curls. Complete those, keep hands near chest and roll back to crunch position and do crunches w/ tube resistance. I doubled up the tube for the lats/hams and then used singles for the crunches. It's major core/balance to keep yourself from being pulled off the ball.

Core is my weekness so i will give this a try.
Let me know if you have any questions! Most exercises you take on the stabilty ball will help work the core stabilizers.
I can feel that iam working different muscle groups wih the ball. I have trouble balancing but i know that must be my stabilizers working. I am pretty darn tall so icant help but wonder if it is easier for shorter pople to use a ball.
