Let's set goals!

Since so many of us want to get motivated, let's set concrete goals and things you want to change in the next few days and see if we can make them habit.

You are so positive!
I like the idea of weekly goals.
As I think about this, I think I need to be more concrete. I can't just say I'm going to work on push ups. I have to say that 4 days a week, I'm going to do drop set one arm push ups to get to 2 sets of 10. Concrete examples everyone, like how many days of weight lifting and how long? How far can you walk and how often? When can you get in the stretching? I think the more details we put in, the easier it'll be to get it done. I'll update mine, too.
Oh, have you seen the TR-X? It's my new favorite toy. You can easily work every body part with it and you can get a door attachment so it's easy to use. I waited until there was a 20% off sale on it. If you friend it on FB, you can get exercise videos for ideas, plus info on their sales.

Okay, so this is my concrete update to get it done.
1) I have some boxed vegetable soups and frozen vegetables. It will be easy to heat up soup, about 3:00 and have a bowl and get in my veggies. If I want a splurge, I'll have some cheese.
Can't really grasp the concept of that TR-X thing. I'll have to look at it again when I'm not so pressed for time.
I am a very novice runner - as in only since the beginning of October...my long-term goal is to be able to run a 5K in 30 minutes
