I love biking!  It hardly feels like a workout when I'm out riding my bike, except for the hills.

Love - yoga for strength, flexibility, reaching goals, and meditation.  spin for the cardio I get.  dance for the pure enjoyment of movement and getting lost in the music.  walking the dog for the companionship along with the fitness.

Hate - weightflifting because I am burned out on it and it bothers my injuries.  step for the pain it gives me in my knees.  kb for the pain it gives me in my shoulder, but LOVE the conditioning in my legs. swimming because I love to swim but hate the pain in my shoulder (I am so jealous of you, SJ!)

Love--most activities. I like a purpose to the movement; or it has to be fun; or it has to be hard cardio.

Hate--traditional lifting.  It seems like meaningless movement and it's too much work.  LOL, I can do burpees forever but don't ask me to lift to fatigue. I'd rather do silks or bodyweight exercises.

I love to swim...I feel powerful and meditative at the same time. I love to lift weights...I like the rythym of it, I like being part of the community of lifters, and I like when I am using heavier weights than a guy. I haters Ning until. I am done...then I am proud of myself for doing it. I love Zumba with a good instructor..gt annoyed if the instructor isn't my idea of good. I love Pilates taught the way I first learned it, everything else seems wrong. I am neutral on bike...boring but a good warmup. I like the Stairmaster but. I pay the price in pain...good pain, but pain. I don't do the eliptical, it just feels weird.
