I saw this article on iVillage Health about the 10 most annoying people on the sidewalk when you are trying to walk and I had to laugh. I can't decide between #2 or #8 for the most annoying to run into. Worst Kinds of People on the Sidewalk

What do you think?

I need to add #9, the dog walker, as second place. This morning I was on the bike on a paved path in the sports park, not like I'm riding my bike on a city sidewalk. In front of me was a young woman running with a dog on a leash. Between them they took up most of the walkway. As I approach I call out "passing on the left" with no response. Then I'm getting close and have to shout and finally she hears me---she's wearing earbuds so she's oblivious! She moved over but gave me a dirty look and said something that sounded snide, I didn't stop to ask what lol.

Those are the reasons I hate crowds. At my national work events, I just "give in" and realize that I am one of a large herd being corralled into the roundup! I had my first anxiety attack in a large crowd where random people kept on walking into me. In fact, it always seems like people cut in front of me more than others. Even those around me have commented on how "odd" it is that so many people do this to me. :(. One person commented,"you just look like a nice person." HAH. Am I not scared enough?! Perhaps I should ct really weird so people avoid me.

I'm with you!  It's really a pain during races when you're trying to get around them, What I've found is that they're too lazy to go back to the corral they're supposed to go to and start up front. They don't realize what a pain it is to run around them. And, some seem to get annoyed when you tell them you're going around to the left or the right.

#8. All of the other ones I can dodge around but these ones take up the entire space and often seem to be purposely oblivious to everybody else trying to use the sidewalk. I've been on the jog/cycle path and they see the bike coming but won't move over, I can ride into the bushes for all they care. Maybe the worst of them are the stroller moms at charity 5Ks. Somehow they get into the runners' corral then walk several across yakking with never a look back to see that they've caused a massive traffic jam.
