This is the calisthenics ruitine I do 3-4 times a week always with a day or two of rest inbetween:

Abs:
100 v-UPS
100 bicycles
200 reverse crunches
100 scissors kicks
100 flutter kicks
60 standing elbow to knee crunches(obliques)
60 standing diagonal elbow to knee crunches
10, ten second planks

Legs,hips, and butt:
40 back step lunges each leg holding 5lb dumbells
60 squats holding 5lb dumbells
60 plie squats
200 leg raise pulse thingys on floor(its a pilates move)
100 calf raises
100 toe raise
200 heel clicks while lying on stomach
Sometimes I do basic ballet barre exercises as well

Arms:5lb dumbells(I know I need 10lbs)
100 curls
100 tricep extensions
100 shoulder presses

I try to do cardio when I can. I go for 2 hour walks up and down the hills of the ozarks when its not too cold so I havent been doing as much as I used to. It's not consistent since its winter and I don't have warm gear.

I think I have an alright routine, but I feel its lacking in something. I've also been doing the same thing for a while but that's when I added the dumbells to my squats and such.

I'm a 22 year old female. I am about 5 feet tall and weigh around 116. My goal weight is 105. I feel I have built more muscle(which is great), but havent lost much fat. I want to gain muscle and burn fat. I'm pretty solid(including my abs being rock hard when I flex) but I need to get rid of the little excess fat that is hiding my definition.

Hi and welcome! Wow-your routine makes me tired just looking at it. I do some of the same things but not in such amounts. I would not be able to sustain such a

Hi Random! That exercise routine looks pretty intense! I would imagine you've burnt some serious fat and gained muscle with those exercises. I wold suggest that you take down the number of repetitions you do and start increasing your weight - that will help you build some muscle mass which will assist in burning off the fat.

I too would wonder how long you are working out each day, and how many calories you are taking in - any information you can provide would be great! Are you doing the 100 reps all at once? Breaking it down into sets of 20?

I actually spoke with my doc about how to increase the boobs without implants and she suggested what Jean (in her post above) mentioned.

Oh sweet! That's cool, ill start adding some chest and back exercises! I always thought that it would shrink my boobs...LOL. I do do shoulder presses sometimes. I've been meaning to get 8lb dumbells just haven't gotten around to it. Lol but I appreciate all the feedback and I'm happy to know ghat about chest exercises
