In my retirement dreams, I have three to four hours every day to spend at the gym - swimming, lifting, Pilates, yoga, Zumba, a little running, a little biking...in a life that needs 8 hours a day to work snd 8 hours to sleep, there just isn't enough time leftbfor everything I want to do st the gym...and my only form of transportation is walking...but someday, I will be a little old lady sexy gym rat...
