Pushed for time - time-efficient fitness regimes?

Hi there, I don't have that much free time to keep fit these days and use the 5BX programme developed by the Royal Canadian airforce to keep fit.
I have found that helps but I'm getting a bit bored of the programme, does anyone know of any proven fitness regimes that only take about 10 - 15 mins a day that will help me, a man in his early 40's, stay in shape?
