Hi there, I don't have that much free time to keep fit these days and use the 5BX programme developed by the Royal Canadian airforce to keep fit.

I have found that helps but I'm getting a bit bored of the programme, does anyone know of any proven fitness regimes that only take about 10 - 15 mins a day that will help me, a man in his early 40's, stay in shape?

Hi Kimmler and welcome to the board. Have you tried any of the 10 Minute Solutions? I have a couple and really enjoy them for a quick workout.

Tray Tabata intervals. You do a high intensity exercise for 20 seconds, take a 10 second break and repeat 8 times. For example:

warm up

squat thrust (burpee) w/push up and big jump

rest (2 mins)

squat to high jump

rest (2 mins)

3 jumping jacks to pull up, repeat for 20 secs

That's about16

Always take the stairs, walk instead of drive, turn daily taks into workout tasks, walk/run at lunch, find a youtube circuit to work out to, find a "hobby" like dance or dog agility training where you are "killing two birds with one stone."
