Done for today--2 sets of 20 push ups. Hard and they should be a piece of cake. Bleah. Low on veggie count but I ate out w/ friends for Thai and got a lunch special.
Ugg-push ups no problem. Veggies-problem! lol I'm really working on the veggie goal and have for some time now. I have to say if I put as much effort into vegetables that I do pushups/pullups I wouldn't have any issues in that area. I don't know why I struggle with it.
Oh yikes-I hear ya. I am scaling back this month as well.I've dropped below a healthy weight and want to put back a few pounds. I'm not really sure how to go about it properly but one of the trainers at the gym suggested less cardio for a while. I'm thinking it's probably the cross-fit type workouts so I'm dropping to just one a week and doing more slower workouts.
I had to stop push ups a few years back when I had CTS surgery and it took me forever to get back into the routine. I can now do military pushups but not one-arms.
I'm a red meat lover, have added eggs in a couple mornings a week instead of my usual oatmeal, and have just added in olive oil so I hope it helps. I was doing cardio 6 days a week plus 2 or 3 cross fit type workouts.

When it's cold, I usually heat up soup for lunch and throw in a lot of frozen veggies and some type of protein.
How much cardio do you do?
