Anybody here used one?
I'm so "out of it" I had to google it.
It looks like a great core and balance workout, but it hurts my ankles just to look at it...I have too much mobility in all of my joints which lends itself to sprains.
I'm taking a class in it at DCAC with Patrick Goudreau. I'll let you know!
As I think about it, I'm thinking a BOSU upside down, on some kind of stability holder would be ideal. You should be able to adjust that holder to make it more stable so it would be like the step360 or less.
