So you are stuck in the house for several days and can't get out due to weather. What kind of exercising (if any) do you do?

I'm assuming there is little to no equipment available?  You can run up and down stairs, do videos, bodyweight exercises, pilates-type exercises....

I love bodyrock.tv and zuzana light's site. Both have quick intense workouts.  Bodyrock uses more equipment but you can work around it.  Zuzana used to be part of bodyrock but I'm not sure why they split.

I've been doing some older videos. I need to update my collection. Do you have any recommendations?

Yeah, I think they look amazingly fit but are a little sexualized.  I know it's what they're going for but it's more of a turn off for me.  They're good workouts, though--nice, short, intense.

I turn on my music and dance my heart out all over the house. The kids and hubby love it, and they often join in. I can also add in some situps, pushups and squats and I have a complete workout.

Also, intense scrubbing, like floors and bathrooms are great to get that heart pumping!
