Walk Your Way to a Longer Life, Study Says

Apparently research has confirmed, there is even more reasons to exercise: it lengthens your life! According to Health Day News, "A new study by researchers at the U.S. National Cancer Institute found that staying physically active after age 40 seems to increase your lifespan between two and seven years. And the more you exercise, the longer your life expectancy -- regardless of your weight." MORE

That's AWESOME,considering I workout so much! That should be added incentive to stay fit, but I think, subconsciously, we already knew that, and this "study" confirms it.

We all know that, right--keep moving! And, even if it didn't add years to my life, it adds quality and I'll take that, too.
