Karla, fsn, how are you doing? Some dramatic photos of the storm last night!  We missed it but there are supposed to be two more heading our way today. I'm hoping they hold off until I'm finished teaching and the kids get back. Tuesday was my son's last day of school, yesterday they were at Kigns Dominion and today they have grad practice.  So surreal! I can't believe he's already graduating!

I'm supposed to teach step but didn't feel like getting off the couch to do choreography so we're just doing sports condtiioning circuit. I did Turbokick yesterday and then stayed for zumba.  I don't know if I'm getting into better shape or I'm moving my hips better but I'm getting somewhat of a workout from them.  It's still not a tough workout but I break a sweat.

Enjoy every moment of graduation activities. I can't believe how time has flown, as well. The storm last night was Aransas. It drove away all of the attendees to my program except for a few. I had a fun time, and it was sort of like hosting a dinner party. The conversation was interesting, and I got to know a lot of people. It's a beautiful sunny day, life is good. My quads and gluts are screaming from yoga yesterday. It's amazing how after only one week of not working out how I'm already sore. My cold has now progressed into my lungs, and although I don't have bronchitis, my voice is low raspy, and I can't get rid of this cough. Onward ho to work. I think I will take a rest day today. If I have any any energy after work, I think I will continue with the design of my quilt..

ROFL girls-SJ has hit the nail on the head. My life is a soap opera. As the tornado sirens were blaring this morning we were timing my daughter's contractions. They are roughly 5 minutes apart right now. As soon as the latest storm passes, she is going to the doctor to get checked. I'm not going to get too excited yet until we know if this is the real thing.

No damage here, just a lot of water everywhere. I will try to check in later when we get out of the doctor's office.

Aransas?  I'm beginning to question my knowledge of English, sadly my only language.

Take care of yourself. It takes it out of you when it hits the lungs.  For me, it stays forever then.

Wow, talk about crazy timing. Good luck to your daughter! Glad the storm wasn't worst for you all.  We're just sitting around waiting for it to hit.

What a nutty day for me...  I had a client, then an eletrolysis appointment, dropped off the cake parts at the bakery, stopped by the goodwill, checked out a house with OP, went to lunch, went to the post office and met DH for yogurt.  No workout today.  I'm pretty tired from running around in this heat.  *yawn*

LOL I would never have guessed that!  Sorry to hear, though.  We misssed the storm but it seems like everyone around us were hit, even in DC.

My day was awesome...this will sound really conceited, but I am a rock star in the office here...they are so happy to see me and say such nice things...it is a contrast to my Boston work where the situation is very different..there are a lot of good reasons why I can't move here, but being here reminded me how much I love it here...and I had the amazing cake tonight...and it was as great as always...Karla, sorry my prediction came true..if its a girl, you can name her Dorothy...FSN, take care of yourself. Jean, happy graduation! Your son sounds like a neat person to be around. Gymrat, I will be interested on how your writing adventure works out. I worked out this morning, 15 minute bike warm up, lifting for shoulders, bis, tris, interspersed with abs. I am debating whether to move my alarm forward an hour and not run tomorrow, but I know I will be Mae at myself if I don't run, especially after the cake...

SJ, that's not conceited at all! It is always so wonderful to be appreciated for your efforts! My teammates and I really miss our last manager (he passed away a year ago)...it makes like so much happier when the people around you truly inspire and motivate you to be a better person. Enjoy this time...you deserve it!
