I posted this on facebook but I did this yesterday (on the first try) and am so excited:
The bars were much closer together for me, though. I just had the best time at parkour yesterday. I never feel like I'm working out or getting tired but I feel it in my quads the next day from all that climbing. Jumping over stuff when your feet leave the ground scares me to death but if I can hold onto something, I'm fine. After class, I went to teach dance conditioning where the girls had so much fun playing w/ the BOSU balance trainer and ballast ball. The younger girls are so much more fun to work with than the older girls. They're just enthusiastic about everything. I had them do hula hoops on the BOSU dome down and they couldn't stop laughing.
I'm teaching step today and maybe going to zumba at night, depending on the type of workout I get from step. It's parents weekend so I'm going to see my son. Oh, I sound so pathetic like I need a life (and I'm so active! I don't know how parents do it when they don't have their own interests!).
