We don't always post on holidays but I'm around so thought I'd jump in. I'm trying out a new crossfit like class today, only it's less hard heavy liftng which is why I'm trying it out. I've been having so much fun at the parkour gym lately!  It's such a high for me to leave, parkour, aerial silks, obstacle course training. It's really freeing to move, well, like a kid!  I did this the other day (much shorter version!) and it was great.  Much easier than it appears, actually:

Wow! That looks like a lot of fun, although it hurts my knees to just think about it. Does that put a lot of torque and your joints? With all of my injuries, I am very wary of that.

No, it really doesn't torque unless you do it wrong. It's just about jumping up and catching your feet more than anything.  Some people do it sideways and that looks like a lot of torqueing.  Then, you can do it like a plank, hands on one side, feet on the other and that's crazy hard. I could feel odd pressure and didn't do it but someone strained her quad trying it that way.
