That means its ALMOST Friday :)  How are you all today?  I've got a short day today, thank goodness.  I've been at work too much lately and I have some stuff that I need to get done, you know small details like groceries and house cleaning.  haha

Workouts today will be stairmaster at home and then I think I'm going boxing tonight - Itll be my first time back after the concussion.

Quick question for you guys - I used to love Myoplex lite bars and they are just GONE.  Anyone know of a good protein bar?  I liked everything about those - they were big - 1.9oz, just right on the nutrition (for me, I usually have them for breakfast) and actually tasted good.

Yes, more surreal than ever. I am 'working from home' if switching from channel to channel and website to website can be called working. We are on lockdown here...it is a beautiful warm day, but no one is outside enjoying it...another life lost...another life damaged. One suspe t is 19 and seems lithe lived here for years. So much hate and evil...

Hey there! I'm on my way out the door for the dance competition but wanted to check to see how you're doing. It's a pretty scary situation in Boston right now. It's playing out like a movie!

Hi everyone. I recorded the service in Boston this morning and am watching it now...just the 'pre' stuff now. Tomorrow is 'Wear Boston' day where we can wear Boston logo stuff and jeans to work. I have a marathon jacket from 1988, and amazingly, it fits, so I will wear that. I save too much stuff, but in this case, I am glad I have it. I think this was the first year Hancock sponsored the race. I have a plaid ribbon tied on the zipper - it was probably to show support of something, but I don't know what. I couldn't post yesterday...I can never reply to a post unless some else has already replied. Dancing - I like Pure Protiein bars 20 grams of protein. The peanut butter caramel ones are yummy, and others are good. Jean - Brazilian silks souns fun....Gymrat - have fun with your mom. Karla - hope you and yours are well. I went to the gym yesterday and today. My normal stuff bike, lift, abs and yesterday I swam 60 laps.

Dancin, glad things worked out with your trainer.  Sometimes you just gotta talk to people in ways they understand.

Jean, that sounds grueling.  Good luck to you.

My mom got in town yesterday.  We're having fun so far.  I decided to skip a workout today.  We're going to get mani/pedis so that should be nice.  It's been a really bad couple of allergy days but I'm feeling better today which is nice.

We have a dance competition this weekend so no relaxing for me!  It's a 3 hour drive but who knows w/ traffic how long it'll take?  I'm teaching step this morning and sharing an aerial silks private in the afternoon. My regular partner can't make it and the studio owner is going to do it instead.  He's a young Brazilian guy. Ha, it'll be an interesting fit!

I rarely eat protein bars but do like Lara bars and Luna bars (just the pb and chocolate chip and the mint chocolate).  I have no idea how they compare to the ones you normally eat, though.
