Good Morning all! It is so wonderful to be HEALTHY. "Knock on wood." Since I am sore from yoga yesterday, I think I will take a rest Today today. I have so much to do...move ALL of my clothes back into the closet, finish putting the holiday decorations away, touch up my hair, go to a quilt demonstration, sign up for a quilt class and buy the materials list...perhaps I will work the pup (with flu recovery, I took a four week break), and, perhaps I will schedule a massage??? What are you all up to? B. egg whites with grilled veggies L homemade mushroom soup, quinoa with veggies D ??? Shiratke noodles stirfry???

Happy Inauguration day! I've got the TV on and am watching the pre-coverage but don't know if I will watch the actual event. I'm off today so getting things done around the house. I'm planning to do a strength workout and it'll be the first one in a week or two.
I'm feeling okay. I think the infection is mostly gone although I think all the drugs have done a number on my stomach.
Breakfast: Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich (really digging these!)
Snack: Latte
Lunch: bean burrito
Snack: ?
Dinner: southwest chicken ceasar salad
Yay-so glad to hear everyone is doing better. I have to deal with my elderly father-in-law and my mother today so I've got a busy day of elder care planned.
I'll probably tune in the inauguration at some point.
Hubby has to work so I think I'll take my daughter out tonight for dinner.

EXERCISE and HEALTHY LIVING
DH is painting the closet, bathroom, and bedroom, along with the rest of the rooms upstairs. Geeez. What pain! But it gave me an opportunity to purge many clothes. I've decided to NOT sell everything on ebay, although I am sure I could get some money for it. It just takes too much time, so I am sure that somebody at goodwill will be happy. :)
Also, my day's plans were derailed when I stabbed myself with a steak knife while I was trying to take plastic off of product packaging. Ugh. While I was at the doc's, I got a tetanus shot (sp?) and flu shot. My day was shot, although I DID pay for the quilt class and went to a quilt demo. C'est la vie.
The inauguration was splendiferous. So much happy energy! Amazing. It's too cold to be outside.
