I had a good weekend despite the horrible news we got on Friday. The weather was perfect, I had a couple of good runs and I'm feeling happy right now.

My calves are a little sore from yesterday's run and I think it is because I did hills. I'm going to do a weight circuit tonight and walk a mile or two and hope that I can walk this stiffness out.

How was everyone else's weekend?

You're upbeat attitude, despite the news, is an inspiration to us all. The worst of my cold is over, now. However, I am completely exhausted. I slept for most of the weekend, and I am sure the ragweed season has a lot to do with how badly I feel. The upside to this is that I won't be sick next weekend, when some friends are visiting my mom. Therefore, I can go down to visit her. Work today, no workout tonight. I need to recover from this cold. Even though my daughter was in this weekend, I spent no time with her since I am so sick. It's not as if I haven't seen her last weekend and will see her next week two. :P

Weekend was good... pretty calm.

I did 30 minutes on the elliptical this morning.  It occured to me over the weekend that exercise might help my fatigue so I did an easy workout.  We'll see.  I've got a lunch date with a friend and then a client this afternoon.

I finished my relocation project and they loved it and want to give me more work.  So that's kind of exciting.

Whew, long day!  I have to say the Diva Dash was the most fun I've ever had at a race. I was afraid it would be too giggly, "woohoo diva" like and it did have that aspect but it was a great weekend. We hung out the night before, went to dinner, spent the night there.  The obstacles were fun, the race incredibly well run. So much fun I wanted to do it twice (they have continuous starts) but no one else would do it.  That was Saturday, I did silks yesterday and will probably just rest today.
