Moving it Tuesday

I have an easy day today, just one advice client and then I'm heading to a semi private silks lesson. I really want to learn that move I posted a few days ago.  We're looking at adopting a dog and filling out the paper work.  I'm hoping it helps my daughter because I remember how helpful it was for me to have one at that age. But, she's been much better lately, after dropping dance company. I think it's been good for her to take fewer classes and have more down time.

Omg, no wonder I felt "bloated!"  At least I only ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner!!!

Oooh, swiss cheese would be great on that.  I hadn't heard of Jimmy Johns until we went to South Carolina and now I see them everywhere.  We ordered delivery and I got what I thought would be a healthy sandwich--some whole grain, turkey, avocado, sprouts, etc.  It was very good but I looked it up the next day and there were 800 calories in that sandwich! No wonder it tasted so good.

100 laps?!  I am so envious Of you!  When the PA stated thmay swimming may just rein flame my knotted muscles, I felt really down because I really enjoyed swimming laps.  C'est la vie...getting old is not for wimps...it just seems that we have to constantly readjust to what we can and can't do.  :P. thankfully, there are options!

yes, I am growing my hair out, for now, too.  We shall see how long this lasts.

Bring on the roast beef...I'll have mine with Swiss cheese on an onion roll. I am thinking of letting my hair grow out...I think there is something about the season changing that makes me want to change...I like to read late at night, or all night....but I try to resist. I had a mammogram today...I feel like I took care of me by doing it...then went to the gym and swam 100 laps....

No, I finished the cleanse after there weeks, and I am eating very little of what I had eliminated.  The sandwich I ate yesterday was the first gluten I have eaten in four weeks...and my "guilty pleasure" since I stopped the cleanse were Haagen Daas ice cream bars...until I found out they have 400+ calories!  YIKES!

Jean, your silks move is awesome!  That looks like a LOT of fun.  Karla, I am like you and can just stay up all night when I am "in" to something, and then I away for it the next day.  :(. GR, do you feel like the magic shots are working?

i can't believe that I bought a curling iron and curled my hair.  It seems that the straight hair look is starting to pass.

LOL, I love my gluten, too!  I could go for a roast beef sandwich and hot fudge brownies (sundae would be better!). Yoga would be good for your husband but just stretching might be enough. I can't commit to an hour+ of yoga. But, there are videos on youtube that look good for short spurts.  I've been working on flexibility, too, for silks. I think I'm too old to do splits since i've never had them before but stil want to be straighter. Oh, I did that flip today!  It was much easier than I thought it would be, although there is the leap of faith that you tie in correctly before you fall forward.

How is the cleanse going, other than the Jimmy Johns?  Are you still doing it?

I want gluten and red meat!! A roast beef sandwich sounds wonderful right now. With a hot fudge smothered brownie for desert.

I am trying to talk my husband into doing Yoga. He has so many aches and pains and his wellness coach keeps telling him he needs to stretch. I think a yoga class would be great for him!

Nuclear contamination...Ugg! Scary stuff.

Once a parent, always a parent...always trying to find solutions to whatever ails them!  Speaking of bread (and animal meat), I ate gluten AND red meat yesterday...a Jimmy Johns roast beef sandwich provided by one of my customers.  It was so good (half for lunch, half for dinner), but I am already bloated from it.  We got on this conversation about nuclear waste from the Tsunami, and, apparently, Illinois is really bad for nuclear contamination, as is Korea...and, now, Japan.  Depressing.early morning yoga, work, and more work, followed by some cleaning.  Dh is taking Friday off to get the house extra clean for his work colleagues coming over on Saturday.  I also have a dance open house on Saturday, and dh's son is playing in a band on Friday night that we will go see.  Oh!  And I have a Dworka dinner program tomorrow night.   Busy, busy, busy.  :). Thursday, I have Dogtraining, and I need to fit in physical therapy and my microdermabrasion appointments.  Phew,  it would be easier if I didn't  work!
